KM Therapy | Online Therapy and EMDR in New Jersey

Licensed Therapist Portrait

Also licensed in Pennsylvania and offering secure telehealth sessions statewide

Compassionate, evidence-based online therapy for individuals and couples across New Jersey, with a focus in Jersey City and Hoboken

Therapy is a space to slow down, make sense of what you're carrying, and begin to feel more grounded in yourself. At KM Therapy, I provide online therapy for adults in New Jersey navigating trauma, anxiety, stress and burnout, grief and life transitions, and relationship concerns. I help clients explore what's feeling overwhelming, understand themselves more deeply, and move toward meaningful change.

EMDR Therapy

How EMDR Supports Healing from Trauma and Anxiety

When distressing events get stored in the body, it's common to feel stuck, anxious, or overwhelmed. EMDR therapy provides a safe space to unlock those memories and accelerate your natural healing process. Through guided bilateral stimulation, we help you replace negative self-beliefs with empowering perspectives, fostering lasting emotional wellness and mental resilience.

What to Expect in Therapy With Me

Therapy with me is collaborative and grounded. You'll have space to talk openly about what's on your mind while we also explore the deeper patterns, emotions, and experiences that may be influencing your current struggles, helping therapy feel both supportive and purposeful.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, my approach to therapy is integrative. I use EMDR therapy, CBT, ACT, and other evidence-based approaches to support adults and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, stress and burnout, grief and life transitions, and relationship concerns. Together, we may work on helping your mind and body process experiences that feel stuck, or support you in noticing patterns that keep showing up in your thoughts, emotions, or relationships.

My role is to guide the process so it feels thoughtful and contained, while still flexible enough to meet you where you are. The intention is to support meaningful change — not just talking about what's happening, but helping you work through it in a way that carries into your life outside of therapy.

How It Works

Step 1

Reach Out

Schedule a free 15-minute consultation call or submit a quick and easy contact form — whichever feels easiest for you. This is the first step in getting connected.

Step 2

Connect

We'll have a low-pressure conversation to talk through what's bringing you to therapy and explore whether we feel like a good fit, and, if it makes sense, get your first session scheduled.

Step 3

Begin Therapy

Show up for your intake session and we'll start the work together. This first session is where we begin understanding your goals more deeply and setting the foundation for our work moving forward.

Start The Process

There's no pressure to decide everything today — just a simple first step to connect.
